E. Leigh Jewelry is a company dedicated to crafting one-of-a-kind, intricately designed jewelry pieces that blend artistry with craftsmanship. At the heart of my work is the E. Leigh Signature Oils collection, featuring jewelry adorned with hand-painted oil paintings—miniature works of art that make each piece truly unique.

Deeply inspired by the landscapes of Utah and the surrounding regions—like the Rocky Mountains, Great Basin, and Southwest—many designs highlight wildflowers, wildlife, and natural elements native to these areas. Every piece starts with an appreciation for nature, using vibrant desert blooms, alpine meadows, and rugged red rock formations as inspiration for painted designs. Each creation tells a story of place, passion, and artistry, offering a meaningful way to carry a piece of the wild beauty of the American West wherever life takes you."

About me

Hi there, I’m Ester Leigh, the artist behind E. Leigh Jewelry.

My love for art started early, thanks to my grandmother, Victoria Valentine. She taught me at the Hermitage School of Arts, where I spent years exploring different creative mediums. That foundation led me to study Studio Art: Jewelry & Metalsmithing at Cal Poly Humboldt, where I trained in traditional silversmithing, and stone setting. I also worked as a studio monitor, refining my skills in metalsmithing techniques and craftsmanship—all of which shape my work today.

Four years ago, I moved to a small town in Southern Utah, near Capitol Reef National Park, and the desert completely got my heart. The wildflowers, sweeping landscapes, and the people became my biggest inspiration, and before long, I started creating jewelry that reflected the beauty around me.

That’s how E. Leigh Jewelry was born—out of a deep love for nature, craftsmanship, and storytelling. Each piece is a reflection of the land that inspires me, made for those who are wild at heart and drawn to the untamed beauty of the West.
